About ME

Hello, I'm Jenice.

The only dream I ever had was to become a wife, a mother, and have a strong family–different from the divorced home I came from. Unfortunately, all the passion in the world couldn’t make up for my lack of knowledge and tools, making it challenging to create the family culture my husband Kevin and I had envisioned for our four children (ages 7-17).

And so my educational pursuits began…I have a B.S. in Marriage, Family & Human Development, followed by extensive training certifications in various coaching modalities: Positive Psychology, Peaceful Parenting, Personal Mastery & Performance, Health & Nutrition, Mind-Body Wellness, and Faith-Based Life Coaching.

It is the unique combination of personal experiences and specialized training that helps me know exactly where you might be getting stuck. I’ve been there!

While my family continues to be my purpose, helping you strengthen yours gives added meaning to my life. Join me and let’s do this together!

You are your child’s first and most important teacher, coach, mentor, and hero. Children watch, listen, and learn by what we show, model, and teach in the home. They are sponges! What are they absorbing from your personal lifestyle habits and practices (whether intentional or not)? What is the home culture they are soaking up? Is it something you want for them?

I’ll be the first to say that neither guilt nor perfection are the goal, but rather compassion and progress. We all try our best and make mistakes along the way, but any effort toward progress will be well worth it–for us and for them.
